My agent, Scott, did a great job! The house we had under contract had some things we asked to be repaired. Their solution to one of the repairs was not satisfactory to me. Scott pushed back and made sure the repair was completed properly. He was also able to negotiate the price for the home down quite a bit from the asking price. I appreciated him being communicative throughout the whole process. It is worth finding a good agent and if I ever sell this house, he’ll be the one I call!
