BELLE MEADE, TN

Belle Meade Homes & Real Estate with Scott Hardesty

Historic estates, tree-lined streets and Belle Meade Boulevard. Buy or sell in Belle Meade with direct representation from Scott Hardesty.

Neighborhood Overview

Belle Meade is its own city, surrounded by Nashville on the west side of Davidson County. Residents voted to incorporate in 1938 to protect the area through zoning, and the city still handles its own zoning and planning. Most of the land was once part of the Belle Meade Plantation, now the Belle Meade Historic Site. Belle Meade Boulevard runs through the city to the stone entrance of Percy Warner Park.

Because Belle Meade sets its own rules, buying, renovating or rebuilding here works differently than in the rest of Nashville. Scott helps buyers and sellers understand what the city allows before they commit.
